1. Agreement to Terms
Ares2 Esports LLC offers a competitive esports platform and community hub. By using our Site or engaging with the Ares2 Council, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility & Minors
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 must have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and any account found to be in violation of age requirements will be terminated.
3. Ares2 Council Membership
The Ares2 Council is a subscription-based community program. By enrolling, you agree to:
- Recurring billing at the interval selected during checkout.
- Adherence to community-specific Discord rules and guidelines.
- The understanding that “voting” or “input” on organizational decisions is non-binding and does not constitute legal or executive ownership of Ares2 Esports LLC.
4. Creator Partner Program
Content creators earning revenue share through our tiered programs are considered independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings. Furthermore, you must include clear disclosures (e.g., #Ad) on all promotional content involving your referral link to maintain FTC compliance.
5. User Conduct
You may not use the Site or our community channels to:
- Engage in “cheating,” “griefing,” or “hacking” in any competitive games hosted by Ares2.
- Post defamatory, obscene, or harassing content toward other members or staff.
- Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restricted administrative data.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The “Ares2 Esports” name, logo, and all digital assets on the Site are the exclusive property of Ares2 Esports LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets only for authorized promotional purposes within the Creator Program.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ares2 Esports LLC is not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the site, including technical interruptions, lost data, or the conduct of third-party users. Our services are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lake County, Florida.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding pricing, tier perks, or program requirements on the Site without prior notice.
