Ares2 Legion
Our first Valorant roster is signed. Five players, one coach, all in on the climb.
Ares2 Ascend
Our second Valorant roster is taking shape. Four locked in, two spots still open. If you have what it takes, we want to hear from you.
Compete Under
the Ares2 Banner.
We’re building something from scratch and we want competitive teams who want to grow with us. This isn’t a big org with a checkbook. It’s a climb. If you want to be part of building what it becomes, read on.
What Competing for Ares2 Actually Looks Like
We want teams who understand what this is. Not what a finished org looks like. What a real one looks like being built.
Your team represents Ares2 Esports in all competitive play. You use the Ares2 brand in your social profiles, team tags, and online presence. In return, Ares2 promotes your results, your content, and your team to the community we are building.
Every tournament result, every ranked milestone, every piece of VOD content your team produces gets amplified through Ares2 channels. Your competitive performance is part of the built-in-public story we are telling publicly every month.
Sponsor interest, Council membership growth, and partnership conversations all get stronger when teams are winning. A roster that performs well is not just good for the team — it directly helps us reach the revenue targets that unlock compensation for everyone.
We are not dangling compensation as a vague future promise. It is a specific target tied to revenue milestones that we publish publicly. When the org hits the numbers, teams get paid. That timeline is real and it is tracked every month in our transparency reports.
What Ares2 Provides From Day One
No salaries yet. But this is what you get from the moment you join.
A real org behind your tag. Ares2 branding, social presence amplification, and inclusion in all Ares2 community communications. You stop being a pickup team and become a legitimate competitive roster.
Your results get featured in our Dev Log series, monthly transparency reports, and across all Ares2 social channels. We tell your story as part of ours. That visibility compounds over time and builds your individual brand alongside the org.
Direct access to the Ares2 Council Discord, including our paying members who are invested in the org’s success. These are the people who vote on org direction and who follow competitive performance closely. They will know who you are.
Branded assets, team page on the Ares2 site once rosters are published, inclusion in sponsor decks and partnership conversations. When a sponsor signs with Ares2, your team is part of what they are buying into.
We will always be straight with you about where the org stands financially. You will see the same monthly P&L the community sees. No surprises, no vague promises, no runaround.
Teams who join now are founding rosters. When compensation comes online and when we field teams at LAN events, the teams who built this with us from the beginning get priority treatment on contracts, rates, and opportunities.
How Compensation Unlocks
This is not vague. These are the real milestones tied to our financial model. We publish this publicly every month.
Council memberships open. Content engine running. Teams signed to rep the org. No compensation yet. This is the foundation phase. We are building the revenue vehicle before we spend on roster costs.
Council MRR growing. First Creator Partners generating referral revenue. First sponsor signed. Teams competing in open circuits. At consistent MRR, we start conversations about tournament travel reimbursement for top-performing rosters.
Revenue covers operating costs plus team investment. First structured roster agreements with monthly stipends. Priority goes to rosters with the best competitive performance and community engagement through Phase 1 and 2.
Competitive rosters across multiple titles competing at the highest levels of their respective scenes. Fully funded rosters with structured contracts, salaries, and travel support. The Apex Legends roster targeting ALGS Pro League is one piece of this. Every game we field a team in follows the same path. This is the target and the transparency reports will track every step toward it.
What We Expect and What You Can Expect From Us
This works both ways. We hold ourselves to standards and we hold our teams to standards.
- Compete under the Ares2 tag and represent the brand with professionalism
- Active in your respective competitive scene — ranked play, open qualifiers, or circuit events
- Produce or allow use of content from your competitive play (VODs, clips, results)
- Communicate openly with org leadership about team status and roster changes
- Conduct yourselves online in a way consistent with the Ares2 brand
- Be honest with us if something isn’t working — we prefer real conversations over silent exits
- Full transparency about org finances, milestones, and revenue every single month
- Honest conversations — we will tell you when we can’t do something and why
- Real promotion of your competitive results across all Ares2 channels
- A direct line to the founder — not a team manager pipeline, not a ticket system
- Priority consideration for compensation as org revenue grows
- We will never make promises we can’t keep — if the timeline slips, you will know why
We Are Open to Multiple Titles
We are an esports organization, not a single-title team. We are open to competitive rosters from any title. If your game is not listed, apply anyway and tell us about your scene.
Active competitive presence in your title is required. We are not onboarding casual teams. If you are competing in ranked circuits, open qualifiers, or organized leagues, we want to hear from you.
The Application Process
Simple and direct. No lengthy forms, no bureaucracy. We want to talk to real teams.
Fill out the team application form below. Tell us your game, team name, current competitive level, roster size, and a bit about what you are trying to accomplish as a team.
Chandler responds personally. We will have a real conversation about your team, your goals, what you are competing in, and whether this is a good fit on both sides.
Teams start with a 60-day trial. You compete under the Ares2 banner, we promote your results, and both sides evaluate fit before signing anything formal.
If both sides want to continue, we sign a formal roster agreement. Terms are transparent, fair, and built around where the org actually is financially right now.
Apply Below
Fill this out and Chandler will respond directly within 48 hours. No middlemen, no ticket systems.
We Are Looking For Teams
Who Want to Build Something.
